1. Who We Are

Reggaeoke is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website and in connection with our products and services. We are a UK sole trader business offering Caribbean karaoke events, private hire services, the Reggaeoke Card Game, and online Sing Out sessions accessed via membership.

We collect personal information when you interact with our website or use our services.

Orders and Purchases
When you place an order through our online shop, we collect information including your name, email address, billing address, delivery address and details relating to your purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Event Tickets
When you purchase tickets for one of our live events, your booking is processed through Ticket Tailor. This includes information such as your name, email address and payment information required to issue your ticket and manage event entry.

Bookings and Enquiries
If you enquire about or book one of our private hire services, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, event details and any additional information you choose to provide. Enquiries submitted through our website forms are processed using SureForms, and bookings are managed through LatePoint.

Membership and Website Accounts
If you purchase a Sing Out Membership or create an account on our website, we collect your name, email address, account details and information relating to your membership and access to the online Sing Out catalogue.

Marketing
If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your name and email address so we can send you news about events, new experiences and special offers. We use Brevo to manage our mailing list and send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every marketing email or by contacting us directly.

What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function properly and let us understand how it is being used.

Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to work — for example, keeping items in your basket, keeping you logged into your account, and remembering your cookie consent choice. These cannot be switched off, as the site cannot function properly without them.

We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people interact with the site. These tools may set cookies that last from the duration of your visit up to around two years, depending on the specific cookie. This data is used only to improve our website and is not used to personally identify you or to serve you advertising. These cookies only load if you accept them via our cookie banner.

No Advertising Cookies
We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies such as Facebook Pixel or Google Ads. If this changes in future, we will update this policy and our cookie banner accordingly.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences
When you first visit our website, you can choose to Accept All, Reject All, or Customise which cookies you allow via our cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
