These terms and conditions apply to your purchase and use of the Reggaeoke Card Game Bundle and your associated Sing Out Crew Membership.
By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not complete your purchase.
Your Card Game Bundle includes:
Although the Bundle provides two ways to play the Card Game, it provides one Sing Out Crew Membership and one complimentary Sing Out Session per user.
Additional Card Game purchases by the same user will not result in additional memberships or complimentary sessions being issued.
The Card Game Bundle is for the purchaser and is not currently available using the Card Game Inna Tin gift-recipient option.
The Card Game is suitable for persons aged 14 and over.
By purchasing the Bundle, you confirm that the intended user meets this age requirement.
Sing Out Crew Membership and access to the Online Card Game are currently available to UK residents only.
Access to the Online Card Game is provided through your Reggaeoke Sing Out Crew Member account following successful purchase.
If you are a new customer, you will be sent instructions to set a password for your account.
The Online Card Game is accessed through a compatible web browser and is not supplied as a downloadable product or application.
Your Online Card Game access does not expire after a fixed period and has no recurring subscription charge. Access remains subject to these terms and to the continued operation and support of the Reggaeoke Online Card Game service.
The Online Card Game element of the Bundle is digital content supplied online.
At checkout, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate access to the Online Card Game and acknowledge that, once digital access begins, you lose your 14-day right to cancel the digital-content element of the purchase.
Where this consent and acknowledgement have been provided and digital access has begun, the statutory right to cancel that digital-content element is lost.
Confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement will be included in or recorded with your purchase confirmation.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law.
The Card Game Inna Tin element of your Bundle will normally be delivered within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail.
Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Reggaeoke's reasonable control.
You normally have the right to cancel the physical-goods element of your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the Card Game Inna Tin, without giving a reason.
If you cancel, the Card Game must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the Card Game is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
If the value of the Card Game has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund.
In addition to your statutory rights, Reggaeoke accepts returns of an unopened and unused Card Game Inna Tin within 30 days of delivery, provided it remains in its original condition.
This additional policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Where Online Card Game access has already begun, the digital element is non-refundable in accordance with Section 5.
If the Card Game Inna Tin is otherwise eligible for return, the refund relating to that element will therefore be £25.
You will retain your Online Card Game access and Sing Out Crew Membership.
Use of your complimentary Sing Out Session does not, by itself, prevent you from returning the Card Game Inna Tin element of the Bundle where that physical item is otherwise eligible for return.
If your Card Game Inna Tin arrives damaged, defective or is not as described, please contact info@reggaeoke.co.uk as soon as possible with your order details, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Your Bundle includes one Sing Out Crew Membership.
Membership is personal to the purchaser and cannot be sold, transferred or shared with another person.
Membership has no recurring membership fee and no renewal is required.
Once activated, your membership remains valid indefinitely, subject to these terms.
Your existing membership benefits include eligibility to purchase Sing Out Catalogue access, applicable member discounts, exclusive updates and applicable priority access to Reggaeoke events and private hire services.
Reggaeoke may modify, add or remove membership benefits from time to time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided using the email address registered to your account.
Your Bundle includes one complimentary 2-hour Sing Out Session per user.
When you purchase your first eligible Sing Out Session through your member account, the session will automatically be discounted to £0 at checkout.
Your complimentary session must be claimed within 6 months of your Bundle purchase date.
Once claimed, it may be started in accordance with the separate Sing Out Access Terms & Conditions.
Purchasing or claiming the session does not begin the 2-hour timer.
Your session begins only when you select Start Session and confirm that you are ready to begin.
Once started, the session cannot be paused, stopped or restarted.
To use the Online Card Game and Sing Out Catalogue, you are responsible for having:
Reggaeoke is not responsible for interruptions caused by your device, browser, internet connection or other technical circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The Card Game Bundle, Online Card Game and associated membership access are intended for personal, private and non-commercial use.
You may play the Card Game with friends and family in a private setting.
You may not:
Sing Out Catalogue use remains subject to the separate Sing Out Access Terms & Conditions.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure and confidential.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Reggaeoke as soon as possible at info@reggaeoke.co.uk.
Reggaeoke reserves the right to suspend or revoke your Sing Out Crew Membership and/or Online Card Game access where you materially breach these terms, including misuse, unauthorised sharing, copying, redistribution or commercial use.
Where access is revoked because of a breach of these terms, membership benefits may cease immediately.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have.
All content associated with the Reggaeoke Card Game, Online Card Game, Sing Out Catalogue and Reggaeoke brand — including card designs, challenges, branding, game mechanics, graphics and catalogue content — remains the intellectual property of Reggaeoke or its respective licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any part of the product or its content without prior written permission.
Reggaeoke may update these terms from time to time.
Where a material change affects your ongoing Online Card Game access or Sing Out Crew Membership, reasonable notice will be provided using the email address registered to your account.
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your information is used to process your order, provide account access, deliver your Card Game and provide your membership benefits.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reggaeoke shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Card Game, Online Card Game, membership benefits or Sing Out Catalogue where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in another applicable UK jurisdiction.
